Every people has difference sleep needs, age, activity, and condition. Usually adult people need to sleep approximately 8 hours for the body function properly.

However, piled up work requires anyone to sleep late at night and drastically make our sleep time reduced, less drowsiness attacked, difficult to focus even though in the next day we HAVE TO working as usual.

So, this is some of tips to keep our body stay fit while we have sleep depriving:

  1. Consume caffeine drink
    The content of caffeine is known to fight the body’s natural substances that can trigger sleepiness and make the body more fit.
  2. Aim to take a nap
    Aim to take a nap at the office during your break for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Do light exercise
    Do light exercise such as brisk walking, going up and down stairs, running in place exercise, or do little stretching that can get the body moving.
  4. Taking a cold shower
    Cold temperatures can stimulate nerve activity in the body, so the drowsiness can be reduced.
